Currently, we are looking for a VBCS Developer to join our team.
Required Criteria :
- 7+ years of overall experience needed, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with VBCS.
- Proficiency in Visual Builder/Oracle JET, JavaScript, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and SQL required.
- Functional knowledge of CRM, SFA, and PRM.
- Experience configuring business processes and security mechanisms (e.g., job roles), and working with various authentication methods (Bearer Token, Basic Auth, OAuth, JWT).
- Experience in OICS (Oracle Integration Cloud) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to analyze existing configurations/scripts and create detailed functional and technical documentation.
Desired Criteria:
- 4+ years of industry experience in Oracle CX.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a support project.
- Strong expertise and experience in technical solutioning.
- Should be able to understand and transform business requirements to CX solutions
- Should be able to work any shift.
- Should have excellent analytical skills to solve complex problems.
- Certificate in CX Redwood/CX App Development/CX Integration is preferred.
