Job description
Create, configure, set up, design, customize, implement, and troubleshoot Salesforce and Zuora solutions, products, and reports using Zuora Billing, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce development, visual force, apex, Workflows, java, and HTML. Responsible for Solution and enhance existing business process involving Salesforce and Zuora integration. Identify various options for Product catalog configuration based on business needs. On board new users, troubleshoot common user access & visibility issues on regular basis. Configure customer accounts, create and amendments of orders, accounting period, subscriptions etc. Set up Invoice templates, communication profiles, payment pages on Zuora-salesforce. Set up Bill runs, manage credit and debit memos, payment runs and refunds. Design multiple reports across the system. Create workflow to automatically deactivate subscription on a certain date. Use knowledge experience of Zuora Salesforce packages (Z360, Z-Quotes) and creating Quote to Cash Flow. Customize Zuora CPQ sales flows using apex and Visualforce. Customize quote generation documents using custom object and flows. Implement and customize payment method capture unmanaged package. Provide estimation, create high level and technical specifications for the requirement.
Requirements
Require Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience in the job offered, Software Developer/Analyst, Solutions Architect/Engineer, or related field.
