Job description
Analyze, design, develop, define, install, set up, configure, test, implement, and support enterprise wide TDM, TDF, ILM, and IBM Optim solutions/applications/products using IBM Infosphere Optim, IBM TDF, IBM Information Analyzer, Incorta, DB2, Oracle, Hadoop, iSeries, Netezza, Flat files, MS SQL Server, batch script, shell script, PowerShell script, LUA Script, and SQL\PLSQL. Design and develop an enterprise wide TDM, TDF & ILM strategy. Gather requirements. Install, setup and configure IBM Optim products for custom and enterprise applications on various data sources including IBM DB2, Oracle, Hadoop, iSeries, Netezza, Flat files, and MS SQL Server. Educate customers/callers on ILM products for Data Archiving, Data Privacy & Test Data Fabrication. Define policies and practices to ensure the highest level of technical support. Resolve ILM tool related issues and concerns. Develop architectural & implementation approach. Design and develop custom solutions for IBM Infosphere Optim and other products using batch script, shell script, PowerShell script, LUA Script and SQL\PLSQL. Provide post implementation support to customers. Analyze data for sensitive fields and design the data model using IBM Infosphere Information server product. Develop Access Definitions and Service Requests. Design and develop solutions and perform Optim Archival\Extraction of data from database, mask the sensitive data, load the masked data to non-production databases. Perform test data generation using IBM Infosphere TDF. Recommend and accelerate hardware and solution readiness. Conduct workshops to evangelize TDM, TDF & ILM and share best practices. Resolve customer issues working with SMEs. Require travel about 10% of the time to unanticipated work locations within the USA.
Requirements
Require Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Electrical/Electronics/Communication Engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience in the job offered, software developer, project/technical lead, systems/programmer engineer/analyst, consultant, or related field.
