Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Finance Cloud – (Finance Functional/Project Accounting/Effort Data/Payables+Tax/Assets & Cash) to join our team.

Job description

JD: 1 Finance Functional

Oracle Fusion Project accounting experience is a core skill. Knowledge of receivables, payables, fixed assets, SLA, and cost management is a plus.

• Willingness and capability to upskill in any other products within the P2R space.
• Experience in at least one cycle of Oracle Fusion implementation.
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound interfaces.
• Cloud certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the security model in the Cloud.
• Understanding of integration between Oracle ERP Cloud and other Oracle Cloud modules.
• Experience in accounting is required.
• Experience in the use of DevOps.
• Qualified/part-qualified accountant.
• Knowledge of finance operations (either through working in core finance or in finance systems).
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive conversations with finance stakeholders to clearly identify requirements.
• Ability to clearly demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
• Constructively challenge stakeholders on solution options/requirements.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding.
• Participate in daily scrum calls for P2R and, if needed, be able to lead these calls.
• Collaboratively work with the team and stakeholders to drive positive results.
• Should be a team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, the client project team, and the client P2R Process Owner.
• The role requires someone able to advise the client on solution approaches and deliver solutions from design through UAT and deployment—not someone who just picks up tasks assigned to them.
• Good problem-solving skills to enable resolving BAU issues.
• Experience dealing with third-party suppliers, e.g., Oracle, to obtain solutions.
• Good communication skills (English).
• Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities.
• Good documentation skills to help deliver SOPs and to ensure R2R documentation is maintained.

JD: 2 Finance Project Accounting

• Need Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Resource with at least 5-7 years of functional experience in Oracle Cloud Financials module. Overall experience should be 9-12 years (including EBS).
• Experience in handling Oracle SaaS implementation of Financials, EMEA localization for countries specifically Spain, Portugal, France, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Turkey, UK, and Ireland wherever applicable.
• Should possess experience in designing solutions as per client requirements even if Oracle does not provide standard localization features.
• Should have knowledge of localization reports.
• Should have knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP accounting.
• Should be able to set up and deliver the local taxes for the countries in scope.
• Ability to show the value of the latest features and their relationship to upstream/downstream/third-party applications. Conceptualize PaaS and OIC integration requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of AIM and AGILE (CloudNow) methodology.
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.
• Experience in data conversion projects would be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage a small engagement in Financials (~10 people)
  

JD: 3 Payables + Tax Lead

• Should have good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payables and US taxes.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Cloud.
• Should have the ability to lead the finance track and interact with the client.
• Should be able to handle the enterprise design phase of the project.
  

JD: 4 Assets & Cash

• Must have experience working in an application maintenance 24/7 support model.
• 4-6 years of experience in Oracle EBS, including maintenance for complex activities within EBS core modules such as FA and Cash Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed in a 24/7 mode.
• Gather requirements, design, build, and test solutions for production fixes and enhancements as per client specifications.
• Provide functional support in the development and tuning of custom user queries.
• Log and track service requests and incidents, including message handling and dispatching, resolution tracking, and problem escalation using incident tracking software.
• Utilize a variety of resources to resolve questions and problems, including working with consultants, self-help, networks, etc.
• Provide level 2 and 3 technical and functional support for Oracle EBS subject areas.
• Possess good knowledge of the latest advancements in Oracle applications.
• Understanding/knowledge of PL/SQL and relational database management.
• Understanding of EBS security, including how to analyze role-based permissions and identify authorization issues.
• Knowledge and/or strong experience with integration technologies such as SOA, Fusion Middleware, Web Services, and APIs.
• Oracle Certification in any supported EBS modules.
• Good experience in providing end-user support services for Oracle EBS and integrated technology.
