Currently, we are looking for a HCM Data Conversion Lead to join our team.
Job description
- Oracle Fusion HCM Conversion Lead with 10+ years of industry experience, 5+ of which should be in Oracle Cloud projects.
- Proven experience as a Data Conversion Lead with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud data migration.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud data structures and data migration tools.
- The Cloud Data Conversion Lead will be responsible for the overall data conversion activities.
- Data sourcing from various legacy systems is part of the responsibilities.
- The Conversion Lead will be responsible for driving the conversion data mapping workshops, transformation requirements, and selection criteria mappings for data extraction.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy for the Oracle ERP Cloud project, considering data cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data conversion requirements and mapping of legacy data to Oracle ERP Cloud data structures.
- Data Mapping and Transformation: Coordinate data mapping rules and oversee data transformation activities to ensure data quality and integrity during migration.
- Data Validation: Develop and implement data validation processes to verify the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of data conversion processes, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation procedures.
- Communication: Responsible for key communication to project leadership for the data conversion efforts.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to data conversion, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and data integrity.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate testing activities to validate the success of data migration and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Oracle ERP Cloud best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance data conversion efficiency.
- Must be able to drive and lead the data conversion strategies and deliverables and keep the data conversion workstream on schedule.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must have skills
- 3+ years of Packaged application experience (PeopleSoft, EBS, SAP, JDE, etc.).
- 3+ years of Working knowledge of cloud data loading tools.
- Experience with FBDi / HDL OTBI Publisher.
- Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL skills (FBDi, HDL, BI Publisher, PL/SQL)
- Must have experience in client-facing and working with multiple stakeholders/Onsite teams.
